Hi, my name is Rich. I am known online as magindat, which is an
8 character truncation of ‘Imagine That’.
I wasn’t fond of the loss of SSM.com and I knew that through my
experience I could rebuild us a comfortable home on the internet. After reading
some posts on MM.net, and speaking with some members, my internal fire got lit
at the SSM Christmas party.
I tried like hell to get SSM.com back but after a lot of
research and a bit of expense, I learned it wasn’t possible. So, I extended my
own account at GoDaddy.com to include www.sunshinestatemarauders.net,
.org, and .us. I also extended my space to something on the order of 200Gb so
that all information, pics and vids could be hosted in our own space without
the inevitable danger of dead and expired links.
I ran this information by Cobra25, SoulRiot and MarauderTJA.
Eventually, it was decided that I continue to host and build this site with the
input of all the members and a level of control and decorum to make this site
an invaluable stop for all MM owners and those who are curious about our
beloved Marauders.
I have personally taken on this project and have funded it and
written it entirely myself, so far. Sure, I’ve done a few web sites in my time,
but this is OUR site. I’m eager to hear your suggestions and desires as to
where to take it.
Keep coming back. There will always be new stuff as my time
allows. Keep the content coming. The more I have, the richer this site will
become.
Finally, if you likey and you feel it’s worthwhile, help me out
with a couple bucks. At least spend some time here and offer some feedback.
I feel this endeavor is worthwhile for the friends I have made
with this car. Who knew?
